Horoscope Daily is a reading website. There are no user accounts, no comments, no newsletters and no forms that ask for your name or email address. This policy explains the small amount of data that is processed when you visit.
What we do not do
- We do not set advertising cookies. Apart from the Microsoft Clarity analytics described below, our pages set no cookies for visitors who are not logged in.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- We do not keep your date of birth. The zodiac sign calculator works in your browser; if JavaScript is turned off, the date you enter is sent to our server only to show the result.
Data kept in your browser
Two small items are saved in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us: your zodiac sign (after you open a sign's page or use the calculator, so the menu can mark it) and a note that you closed the date notice. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Technical data on our servers
Like every website, our servers receive your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you request. This is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and prevent abuse. Web server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
To stop automated abuse of the calendar feature, our server counts requests per visitor. It stores only an irreversible code derived from the IP address and the date, never the address itself, and deletes these records within two days.
Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare to deliver the site quickly and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare processes requests, including IP addresses, on our behalf and may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people from automated traffic. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Microsoft Clarity
To understand how the site is used, we use Microsoft Clarity. It records how visitors interact with our pages — which pages are opened, how far they are scrolled and where people click — and shows us this as statistics and as session replays, with anything typed into forms hidden. Clarity may set its own cookies to recognise a returning browser. The data is processed by Microsoft as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it only to improve the site, never for advertising. You can block it by refusing cookies for this site in your browser or with a content blocker; the site works the same without it.
Legal basis
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation or a similar law applies, we process this technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The same interest — learning which parts of the site are useful so that we can improve them — is the basis for using Microsoft Clarity.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we run no accounts and keep no data that identifies you, there is usually nothing we can link back to you.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
