About Horoscope Daily

Horoscope Daily is an independent website with free horoscopes for all twelve zodiac signs: for today and tomorrow, for the week, the month and the year ahead. It also has a guide to the signs, a zodiac sign calculator, and pages that follow the phases of the Moon and Mercury retrograde.

What makes our horoscopes different

Every forecast starts from the real sky. Before a word is written, we calculate where the Sun, the Moon and the planets are that day from the JPL planetary ephemeris, the same kind of data astronomers use. Each sign then gets its own reading of that sky: the Moon in Scorpio touches a different area of life for Aries than for Taurus. That is why the twelve signs read differently on the same day, and why tomorrow reads differently from today.

  • Planet positions, sign changes, New and Full Moons, retrogrades and eclipses are calculated, never guessed. Solar eclipse dates are checked against NASA's eclipse catalog.
  • Sky events are shown with their exact time in New York time (ET), so you can check them.
  • Ratings, lucky numbers and colors come from a published formula and are labeled as just for fun.

How the texts are written

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly forecasts are written by an AI language model from a brief of the calculated sky facts. Every draft passes automatic checks before it can appear on the site: structure and length, language, repetition, similarity to other signs and to earlier days, forbidden topics such as health diagnoses or financial advice, and a safety review. A draft that fails is rewritten; a draft that keeps failing is never published. The guide pages about the signs were prepared with AI assistance and reviewed before publication. The whole process is described on our methodology page.

Entertainment, not advice

Astrology is a cultural tradition, not a science, and our horoscopes are meant for reflection and entertainment. They never replace advice from a doctor, a lawyer, a financial adviser or anyone else qualified to help with your situation. If something here doesn't fit your day, trust your own judgment.

When horoscopes update

A new daily horoscope appears at midnight New York time, and tomorrow's is ready a day ahead. Weekly horoscopes change on Monday, monthly horoscopes on the first of the month, with a preview of the next month from the 25th. Yearly horoscopes appear in October of the year before.
