2027 Horoscope

Big themes of 2027

The slow planets set the background of the year, and in 2027 most of them stay put. Saturn and Neptune spend the whole year in Aries, so questions of independence, courage and new beginnings stay in focus, with Saturn asking for discipline and Neptune for imagination. Uranus remains in Gemini, keeping communication, technology and learning restless and inventive, and Pluto continues its long stay in Aquarius, the sign of groups, networks and shared ideals.

The biggest change of the year is Jupiter. It spends the first half of 2027 in Leo, favoring creativity, confidence and joy, and moves into Virgo on July 26, turning the emphasis toward work, health routines and practical improvement for the rest of the year.

Two solar eclipses mark the year: an annular eclipse in Aquarius on February 6 and a total solar eclipse in Leo on August 2. Three lunar eclipses follow them, all penumbral and subtle to the eye: in Virgo on February 20, in Capricorn on July 18 and in Aquarius on August 17. Mercury turns retrograde three times, from February 9 to March 3, from June 10 to July 4 and from October 7 to October 28, and Mars is retrograde from January 10 to April 1, moving back from Virgo into Leo.

What these events mean for you depends on the houses they touch in your sign's chart. Each sign's 2027 horoscope below goes through the year month by month.
